These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the G’day Roofers website and service (“Service”). By using the Service or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

G’day Roofers is a free matching service that connects homeowners with independent local roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor. We do not perform, supervise, manage, or guarantee any roofing work, quotes, pricing, materials or outcomes. Any contract for roofing work is solely between you and the contractor.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and either the owner of the property or otherwise authorised to arrange work on it. You must provide accurate, current and complete information.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate details about yourself and your property.
• Use the Service only for genuine, lawful enquiries.
• Carry out your own checks on any contractor (licences, insurance, references and quotes) before engaging them.

4. Consent to be contacted

By submitting an enquiry, you agree that G’day Roofers and its partner roofing contractors may contact you by phone, SMS and email about your enquiry and related home-improvement offers, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that you will receive a quote, that any contractor will be available in your area, or that any contractor’s work, pricing or conduct will meet your expectations. Contractors are independent third parties and are not our employees or agents.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G’day Roofers is not liable for any loss, damage or cost arising from your use of the Service, from any contractor or the work they perform, or from any dealings between you and a contractor.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (including the Australian Consumer Law) or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos and images) is owned by or licensed to G’day Roofers and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
